Grandpa's 70th b-day bash

We headed to Chehalis this weekend for my Grandpa's 70th b-day. My aunt Peg, uncle Mike and cousins, Quinn and McKenna flew in from DC to help celebrate the occasion. We had so much fun running around and playing some golf!

Family Trip to Sunriver, Oregon

We headed South to Sunriver, Oregon for a family vacation to celebrate nonnie's birthday. We played golf, went to the pool, rode bikes and had a really fun time!

My days at School....

Here are a few pictures from school. I have so much fun with my friends. We love to go outside and push balls around and have bubble storms. We also like to read books and do arts and crafts. I really like my teachers, Ms. Linda and Ms. Kelly. They are nothing like my mom (because she's pretty great) but I have fun with them.

It's Gauze Time....

As a first time mom, the worst thing ever happened to me on Wednesday night. We had some friends over and I was cooking dinner. I was going about my business preparing dinner, opened up the oven to get my dish out and along comes Ashton from behind and slaps his hand down on the inside of the HOT oven. OMG, right?! After 1 1/2 hours of crying and looking at what could possibly be blisters on his hand I called the doctor. I was so terrified that they were going to call child services one me. LOL! Anyway, they called in a ointment prescription and we have been taping his little hand up everyday. Ashton's been a champ!

I had a tiny little accident the other day while I was at school. I tried to walk from one table to the other but fell and hit my forehead on the end of the table. I was a tough guy though and only cried for a few seconds. My teachers and parents gave me lots of TLC and now I'm recovering nicely.

It's my Party -- Ashton turned ONE!

Ashton had a great time today. He is really into balloons so everything was centered around what else...balloons. We had the family over and celebrated with dinner and cake. At first, Ashton was a little freaked with everyone staring at him but eventually got into the cake thing. Once he realized it was nothing but sugar he dug it.

My First Haircut

Finally...I got my haircut. I loved sitting in my mom's lap and having some strange guy cut my hair. I was too young to get the lollipop for being a good boy so instead I settled on my toy rattle which I love to put in my mouth.
